We could not confirm whether your expense arrived — the submission may have gone through even though this page shows an error. Please do not resubmit (that can create duplicates). Instead:
- Download your submission details using the button below (it saves a small file to your device).
- Email both files to payroll@minconsult.ca — attach the downloaded details file and your receipt photo or PDF.
